A Japanese condiment – yuzu koshi is a paste made from fresh green yuzu rind, green chilli and salt. It has a clean finish taste and cuts a greasy taste and gives more flavour and depth.
Can be served with grilled dishes, hotpot, sashimi, used for dressing, dipping sauce, or any fried dish…. and many many more. This yuzu kosho is from Kaokao’s hometown ”Ogose” in Japan. Ogose town’s speciality is glowing yuzu and plum.
