Producer Description
Excellent quality from the Piedmont region since 1863.When Nicolao Manfredi first produced Dolcetto in Farigliano in 1863, he did more than just produce wine, he started a tradition that would be passed on for four generations. Today, the Manfredi family has been able to update not only their production methods but also the quality of the end productclassified Piedmontese wines.
To enjoy this Umberto Fiore Italy Moscato, simply open the bottle carefully. Pour it gently into a wine glass, allowing it to aerate slightly. Moscato d’Asti pairs well with a variety of desserts like fruit tarts, creamy cheesecakes, and light pastries. It can also be a great aperitif on its own. Keep the wine in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or high temperatures as this can affect its flavor. Once opened, it’s best to consume it within a few days for optimal taste.
