Udaya Dosa and Idli Wet Mix made of rice and gram flour and fermented. Idlis are steamed small circular cakes. Dosas are crispy thin pancakes.
Dosa Batter.
To use, simply add water as per the package instructions to the Udaya Fermented Rice & Gram Flour Wet Mix. Mix well and let it rest for a while to ferment if required. Then you can make delicious idlis by steaming the batter in a proper idli cooker or dosas by pouring the batter onto a hot griddle and spreading it thinly. Keep the mix in a cool, dry place. Make sure to use clean utensils while preparing the batter. Do not add extra water unless specified as it can affect the texture of the idlis and dosas.
