Idli Dosa batter made of rice and gram flour and fermented. Idlis are steamed small circular cakes. Dosas are crispy thin pancakes.
To use our Suvai Idli and Dosa Batter, simply take the desired amount and pour it into a container. Let it ferment as per the instructions provided. When ready, you can steam it to make idlis or pour it onto a hot griddle to make dosas. Make sure to keep the batter covered in a cool place to maintain its freshness. Do not over – ferment the batter as it may affect the taste. After use, clean any utensils used with mild soap and water and store them properly.
