Melissa’s Peeled, Steamed & Cubed Golden Beets are picked, trimmed, peeled and then steamed to perfection. They are ready to eat right out of the vacuum-sealed bag, and have a fresh, sweet taste. These beets are a great fit for anyone who wants tasty, healthy food without having to spend a lot of time cooking or prepping.
Golden Beets (also called Yellow Beets) have a similar flavor to traditional red beets, but are milder and slightly less “earthy.” They add vibrant color to the plate and taste wonderful both as a substitute for or combined with Red Beets. They are perfect for salads (especially delicious alongside greens, goat cheese and nuts); tastes terrific sautéed as a side; and are an excellent healthy addition to smoothies and juices.
Ingredients: Golden Beets, Turmeric (Color), and Antioxidants: Citric Acid and Ascorbic Acid.

They’re already peeled, steamed, and cubed, just take them out of the vacuum-sealed bag and they’re ready to eat! They taste fresh and sweet. They’re great for salads, as a side dish when sautéed, or in smoothies and juices. Keep them refrigerated as they’re perishable and use within 2 days of opening. They’re non-GMO and contain no known allergens. For cold serving, they’re ready right away. To heat in the microwave, remove from the package, put in a microwaveable dish, cover, and heat at max power for 1.5 minutes (cooking times may vary). They’ve been reviewed by Melissa’s Nutritionist.
