To cook Royal Chef’s Secret Extra Long Grain Basmati Rice, simply measure the appropriate amount of rice according to the number of servings you need. Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear. Then, add the rinsed rice to a pot with the right amount of water. For best results, use a 1:1.5 ratio of rice to water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 15 – 20 minutes until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving. Note: Make sure not to overcook the rice as it can become mushy. Also, store the rice in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
