Watch this become a frequent dinner request! Once cut, the meat is then perfectly dry-aged for 28 days to bring out the fullest flavour. Also known as Bone-In Ribeye, and harder to find than a ribeye, this steak gains extra flavour from it’s attached bone.
Our Rib Steak is always cut from locally-raised AAA Black Angus that’s 100% grass fed in a natural, free-range environment, so superior flavour is guaranteed.
Like all of our products, our Black Angus beef is completely antibiotic and hormone-free. Harder to find than a ribeye, this steak gains extra flavour from its attached bone.
Each Rib Steak is hand-cut, quickly flash-frozen and vacuum packed. The delicious end result will taste incredible.
We work with farms that only produce the cleanest, healthiest and ethically-raised local meats. All beef is Federally or Provincially Inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.

To cook the rib steak, preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Make sure to follow the Steak Temperature Guide for perfect results. Keep the steak frozen until ready to cook. Store it in the freezer. Once thawed, use it within a day or two for the best taste.
