This delicious pie is part of our Thanksgiving line up. Our flaky all butter crust is filled with our creamy spiced pumpkin filling, topped with a generous layer of dulce de leche, and mile high toasted meringue.
To enjoy this pie, simply remove it from the fridge or freezer (if frozen) about 15 – 20 minutes before serving to let it reach a nice, creamy texture. Cut it into slices using a sharp knife. Keep it refrigerated if not consuming immediately. Store it in the freezer for longer – term storage. Make sure to handle it gently to avoid damaging the delicate layers of crust, filling, and meringue.
