In 1997, the Tommasi family bought an estate in Pitgliano (province of Grosseto), giving birth to the “Project Tuscany”: POGGIO AL TUFO. The Pitigliano Estate extends for 66 hectares of vineyards are cultivated on volcanic soil, rich in tuff.
This Poggio Al Tufo Maremma Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon is best served at room temperature. Just open the bottle and pour it into a glass. Enjoy it on its own or pair it with a variety of dishes like grilled meats or rich cheeses. Make sure to store it in a cool, dark place. Keep the cork moist if you plan to save some for later. Don’t expose it to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
