We use the old way of making bread with wild yeast which takes days from start to finish. Providing nutrients, fiber-rich bran, proteins, probiotics, and vitamin-rich germs.
To enjoy our Plain Sourdough Loaf, simply slice it and serve it as is. It’s great for breakfast with some butter or jam. You can also use it to make sandwiches. Store it in a cool, dry place in a bread box or paper bag. Avoid keeping it in the fridge as it can dry out the loaf. Consume it within a few days for the best taste. If you want to freeze it, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and it will keep for a few months. Just thaw it at room temperature before use.
