To use Melissa’s Organic Family Box, simply unpack the box when you receive it. The box contains a variety of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. Wash the produce thoroughly before eating or using. You can use the fruits and vegetables in your daily meals, such as making salads with the leafy greens, using the cucumbers and zucchinis in stir – fries, or enjoying the fruits as snacks or in desserts. Note that due to seasonality, the specific items in the box may change. If an item is not available, a substitute will be provided. It ships Monday – Thursday. When ordering, you can request a preferred delivery day in the checkout comments. FedEx doesn’t deliver to residential addresses on Sunday or Monday. Also, if you’re in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, or Hawaii, citrus may be substituted. This box is perishable, so make sure to handle and consume the items in a timely manner.
