Serving suggestion –Serve hot with Tandoori Paratha, Rotis or Steamed Rice, along with lime quarters and sliced onions.
How to make- In a medium size pan, mix entire content of fish curry mix in 350 ml water. Mix & bring the contents to a boil. Simmer for 1 minutes. Add 500 g cleaned, washed & sliced fish pieces of your choice (like pomfret, surmai or ravas). Bring contents to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes until gravy thickens. If desired add 2-3 tbsp of fresh coconut milk
