MDH Fish Curry Masala, made with coriander seeds, red chillies, turmeric, cumin seeds, fenugreek leaves, black pepper, ajwain, dry mango, dry ginger, mustard, cloves, nutmeg, cassia, cardamom, mace, asafoetida and salt. This masala is added to the curry while cooking the fish.
Usage: Add this masala to the fish curry while cooking. Precautions: Keep it in a cool, dry place. Maintenance: Store in an airtight container.
