We’ve prepped two free-range chicken Marylands in an insanely aromatic Malaysian marinade. This is one of the dishes that will undoubtedly get everyone’s tums rumbling as the chicken roasts away in the oven and the spices release their toasted fragrance. Finish at the table with our fresh and vibrant coconut sambal and prepare everyone for a (kid-friendly) flavour bomb.
To prepare, preheat your oven to the recommended temperature. Place the marinated chicken Marylands in a baking dish and pop them in the oven. Let them roast until cooked through, usually around [X] minutes, checking periodically. Once cooked, take them out and let them rest for a few minutes. Then, serve with the coconut-coriander sambal on the side. Make sure to store any leftovers in the fridge and consume within [X] days. Enjoy!
