In a pot, bring 120g of water to a boil. Add the bag of rice (120g), cover with a lid, and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed, then fluff.
MICROWAVE
In a large bowl, combine 120g of water and the bag of rice(120g). Microwave (uncovered) for 2 to 3 minutes or until water is absorbed. Cover the bowl and let it sit for 7 minutes, then fluff.
For a softer texture, add a small amount of hot water, cover, and let it sit until water is absorbed. Add oil if desired.
