Le Asolane Bio Ditalini
Le Asolane Bio Ditalini is a gluten-free pasta made from national organic maize flour. To cook, bring 1 liter of water to a boil with 10 g of salt. Add the pasta, stir, and cook for 8 – 9 minutes. Drain, leaving a bit of water, and season as you like. It comes in a 250 g package. Ideal for celiac individuals, it provides nutritional value with specific energy, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, protein, and salt content per 100 g.
