Produced with tea leaves that have been picked during the first harvest of the season, this premium culinary blend showcases a bright cue of green and a remarkable fresh fragrance that makes it particularly suitable for Matcha Latte, Cold Brew Matcha and premium fresh desserts.

We recommend this Premium Culinary grade for:
Matcha Latte:
- Sift 2-3g of Matcha into a bowl
- Wet with 30ml of 80°C water and knead into a paste using a Bamboo Whisk
- Warm up 150-200ml of your favorite milk and pour into the paste
- Add sweetness if preferred (a little amount of sugar or honey helps to give to the drink more body and a more round flavour)
- Enjoy your Matcha Latte.
Iced Matcha Latte:
- Sift 2-3g of Matcha into a bowl
- Wet with 30ml of water and knead into a paste using a Bamboo Whisk
- Add a few ice cubes into the bowl
- Add 150-200ml of your favorite milk (cold) and some sweetness if preferred (a little amount of sugar or honey helps to give to the drink more body and a more round flavour)
- Enjoy your Iced Matcha Latte.

**How to Use KOHIKI Premium Culinary Matcha**:
– **For Matcha Latte**: Sift 2 – 3g of matcha into a bowl. Pour 30ml of 80°C water over it and use a bamboo whisk to make a paste. Warm 150 – 200ml of your favorite milk and add it to the paste. You can add a little sugar or honey for extra body and flavor. Then enjoy your latte.
– **For Iced Matcha Latte**: Sift 2 – 3g of matcha into a bowl, add 30ml of water and whisk into a paste. Put some ice cubes in the bowl, add 150 – 200ml of cold milk and some sugar or honey if you like. Have your delicious iced latte.
– **In Culinary Creations**: You can use it in fresh creams, cakes, cookies, ice cream, bread, pastries, and chocolates.
