Producer Description
When Alejandro Bulgheroni and his wife, Bettina, discovered Garzf3n in 1999, they saw in it their “little Uruguayan Tuscany”, and they had a dream, a family dream that has come true today: Agroland. Thus, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, they started to design Bodega Garzf3n.From energy efficiency to reduction in water consumption, from using low-emission local equipment to responsible construction waste management, from collecting rainwater to restoring bionaversity. These are some of the environmental strategies implemented in its design and construction.
To enjoy this wine, simply open the bottle carefully. Let it breathe for a while if you prefer a more developed flavor. Serve it at a suitable temperature, around 16 – 18 degrees Celsius. Pair it with a variety of foods like grilled meats, rich cheeses, or flavorful pasta dishes. Store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle upright to prevent the cork from drying out. Don’t expose it to extreme temperatures or humidity levels.
