Literally “Little Ribbons”, our pasta is hand-cut with a rough, porous surface that makes the sauce perfectly cradled in each strand. We love them with a meat ragu or a pesto sauce.
To use our 12oz Fresh Fettuccine, simply cook it in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain well. You can pair it with your favorite sauce like a meat ragu or pesto sauce. Make sure to stir gently to evenly coat the pasta with the sauce. As for storage, keep it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store it in the fridge and consume within a few days.
