Recommended Use: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil on top of the stove in a medium-sized pot. Stir in pasta boil for 7 to 10 minutes or to desired texture. Stir occasionally. Drain but do not rinse. Return pasta to the stove. Add 1/4 cup of 1% milk and contents of sauce packet. OPTIONALLY, add 2 to 4 tbsp butter for a creamier texture. Mix well, until smooth and creamy. Serve, makes about 3 cups.
To prepare this Fiber Gourmet High Fiber Light Macaroni & Cheese Dinner: First, bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium – sized pot on the stove. Mix everything well until it’s smooth and creamy. This will make about 3 cups of delicious macaroni & cheese.
