Melissa’s Oyster Mushrooms are hand selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place. After rehydrating, trim tough stems.
To reconstitute, blanch in boiling water for 2 – 5 minutes or soak 30 minutes in lukewarm water, wine or consommé. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to dishes.

How to use: You can reconstitute the dried oyster mushrooms in two ways. One is to blanch them in boiling water for 2 – 5 minutes, and the other is to soak them in lukewarm water, wine, or consommé for 30 minutes. After rehydrating, trim the tough stems.
