All of Custom Creative’s flakes are made of polyester and have been tested for automotive/coating work. They have an incredible amount of shine so the number of coats is reduced in order to get the same effect. They mix with any varnish in the Custom Creative. For finishing, we recommend the AG710 midcoat.

These Custom Creative Dust Gold Polyester Flakes are perfect for your footlocker project. To use, simply mix them with any varnish in the Custom Creative range. They work great for automotive/coating work too. Since they have an amazing shine, you’ll need fewer coats to get the look you want. We recommend using the AG710 midcoat for finishing. Just make sure to handle them carefully during mixing to ensure an even blend. Keep them in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain their quality.
