Made with a base of organic strawberries from Stehly Farms and Be Wise Ranch in San Diego, CA. We macerate the berries with fresh organic ginger root and dried cascara (“cascara” is the cherry-like fruit that contains the coffee bean) for up to one week. Bright strawberry notes are complemented by roasted tamarind notes from the cascara. Delicious with all spirits, we especially enjoy this shrub with rum, tequila, and whiskey.
For Cocktails:
~ Add 1/2oz shrub
~ Each bottle makes up to 17 cocktails
For Sodas:
~ Mix 1/2oz shrub per 6oz bubbly water
~ Each bottle makes up to 17 sodas
Ingredients: Organic Strawberries, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Ginger Root, Cascara (Coffee Cherry Tea), Salt.
To use our syrup for cocktails, add 1/2oz of the syrup to your drink. Each 250ml bottle can make up to 17 cocktails. For sodas, mix 1/2oz of the syrup per 6oz of bubbly water, and you’ll get up to 17 sodas from each bottle. Just enjoy! There are no specific maintenance requirements for this syrup. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children. It’s ready to use right out of the bottle, no special preparation needed.
