Brasserie Bread products are made without preservatives and additives so it is important to know how to get the most out of your loaf! Brasserie bread is best consumed fresh within 2 days. If it is not possible to consume within 2 days you can freeze the whole loaf, or slice, freeze, and take out to toast as you go. Whole loaves can be refreshed in a 200°C oven for 6-8 minutes, bringing back to life it’s crunchy crust and chewy crumb texture.
