Brasserie Bread products are made without preservatives and additives so it is important to know how to get the most out of your loaf! Brasserie bread is best consumed fresh within 2 days. If it is not possible to consume within 2 days you can freeze the whole loaf, or slice, freeze, and take out to toast as you go. Whole loaves can be refreshed in a 200°C oven for 6-8 minutes, bringing back to life it’s crunchy crust and chewy crumb texture.
How to enjoy our New York Rye Sourdough Loaf: Consume it fresh within 2 days for the best taste. If you can’t eat it all in 2 days, you can freeze the whole loaf or slice it first and then freeze the slices. When you want to eat, just take out the frozen slices and toast them. For whole loaves, you can refresh them in a 200°C oven for 6 – 8 minutes to get back its great texture.
