If it is not possible to consume within 2 days you can freeze the whole loaf, or slice, freeze, and take out to toast as you go. Whole loaves can be refreshed in a 200°C oven for 6-8 minutes, bringing back to life it’s crunchy crust and chewy crumb texture.
Use this sandwich roll fresh within 2 days for the best taste. If you can’t consume it in time, you can freeze the whole loaf or slice it first and then freeze. When you want to eat, just take it out to toast. For whole loaves, you can put them in a 200°C oven for 6 – 8 minutes to make the crust crunchy again and the crumb chewy. Remember, it has no preservatives or additives, so enjoy it fresh!
