The most all-round, useful and generally pleasing thing to have in the freezer, – who doesn’t love a spag bol? Our Bolognese is a classic beef ragu, relying on gentle, slow cooking to bring out the inherent sweetness of its carrot, onion and celery soffrito base, then a long simmer with tomatoes, herbs and red wine till it’s thick and rich. Perfect over pasta, polenta or gnocchi.
Usage: Simply heat it up and serve over your favorite pasta, polenta, or gnocchi. Note: Thaw thoroughly before cooking. Maintenance: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
