To use this Bavarian Wheat Yeast – M20, sprinkle it directly on up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort. Then ferment at a temperature between 18 – 30 degrees C (59 – 86 degrees F) for the best results. For storage, keep it in the fridge. This yeast is great for making different wheat beers like Hefeweizen, Kristal Weizen, Dunkel Weizen etc. It gives a smooth, light golden – colored beer with vanilla and banana aromas, a lingering aftertaste, a silky mouthfeel, and a rich body. Remember, it has medium attenuation (70 – 75%) and low flocculation.
