Aloo paratha a stuffed flat bread enjoyed all through out India. Made with boiled and mashed potatoes which are seasoned with salt and spices and knead into the flour and rolled out in to flat bread called parathas.
To enjoy your Ashoka Aloo Paratha, simply heat it on a pan or in the oven until warm. Serve it with your favorite chutney or curry. Make sure to store it in a cool, dry place. If you want to freeze it, wrap it well in plastic wrap or an airtight container. When reheating from frozen, let it thaw slightly before cooking for best results.
