To enjoy this Ahmad Ceylon Tea, simply measure out the desired amount of loose tea leaves. For a standard cup, use about 1 – 2 teaspoons. Heat fresh water to around 90 – 95°C (194 – 203°F). Steep the tea for 3 – 5 minutes, depending on your taste preference for a stronger or milder brew. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let it infuse. Strain the tea into your cup. It’s best to consume it fresh. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its flavor. Avoid using boiling water as it may make the tea taste bitter.
