Our 2022 Red Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is one of three experimental small-batch wines from the second volume of our Winemaker Series. This highly-anticipated release again features our winemakers’ foray into new, lesser-known varietals and winemaking techniques. Each wine is a work of art that transcends the typical tasting experience. Everything, from the label to the wine inside the bottle, is intentionally left open to your interpretation.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is dark in color with dried currant, bramble fruits, dried sage, and subtle wet rock aromas. Notes of dark red and black fruit, black cherry, dried currants, and dark accents are held together with energetic but elegant tannins and balanced acidity.
