Shana’s Onion Parathas are a flavoursome variation of the Original paratha. They are infused with shredded onions and salt. Pan seared with butter/ ghee.
To enjoy these Shana Onion Parathas, simply pan sear them with butter or ghee over medium heat until golden brown. Make sure not to overcook them to maintain their soft and flaky texture. They can be served as a standalone snack or paired with your favorite chutney or curry. Store them in a cool, dry place for up to a few days.
