Le Blanc de Blancs was created by Hervé Dantan, the house winemaker, upon his arrival in 2013 in order to magnify the freshness of the Lanson style, combining it with the finesse of Chardonnay.
When enjoying this Lanson Le Blanc de Blancs Champagne, simply open the bottle carefully. Let it sit upright for a few minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop. Serve it chilled, around 4 – 6 degrees Celsius. You can pair it with a variety of foods, especially seafood like oysters and shrimp, or light cheeses. Remember to handle the champagne with care to avoid any spills. Store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Do not shake the bottle vigorously before opening as it may cause the champagne to lose its fizz.
