If it is not possible to consume within 2 days you can freeze the whole loaf, or slice, freeze, and take out to toast as you go. Whole loaves can be refreshed in a 200°C oven for 6-8 minutes, bringing back to life it’s crunchy crust and chewy crumb texture.
This Brasserie Seeded Baguette is best eaten fresh within 2 days. If you can’t finish it in 2 days, you can freeze the whole loaf or slice it and freeze the slices. When you want to eat, just take out and toast. For whole loaves, you can put them in a 200°C oven for 6 – 8 minutes to make the crust crunchy again.
