How to make- Empty the contents in a bowl and add 250 g of vegetables (like potato, Green peas, French beans, Cauliflower & Carrot). Add 250ml of water & bring the contents to a simmer on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
Separately cook Basmati rice & spread over the cooked vegetables. Mix lightly with 2-3 tbsp of ghee & cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with Cashew nuts, Raisins, fresh coriander, Mint & fried onions

Then pour in 250ml of water. Simmer the mixture on low heat for 6 – 7 minutes. Make sure to cook your Basmati rice separately. After that, spread the cooked rice over the cooked vegetables. Gently mix it with 2 – 3 tablespoons of ghee and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish it with cashew nuts, raisins, fresh coriander, mint, and fried onions for added flavor.
