THE CHIEF’S BILTONG RECIPE

Our Fatty Biltong uses a very old traditional South African recipe. These ingredients are used to flavour but also preserve the beef. Some brands soak their Fatty Biltong in vinegar to preserve it and this can dominate the flavour. Not our Fatty Biltong.

We sprinkle unique spices over our Traditional Fatty Biltong to give you the best quality Fatty Biltong with a huge range of flavours to chew through.

The Chief’s Fatty Biltong is made from GRASS-FED Australian cattle. His marinades are all HAND CRAFTED and unique.

How to enjoy: Just open the bag and dig in! Each slice is ready to eat. Note: This product contains soy. Store in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh.
